Doctrine

I. The Doctrine of God (Theology Proper)

We believe in the one and only true living God (Jeremiah 10:10) of the Bible. which is the three equal but distinct persons.

II. The Doctrine of Jesus Christ (Christology)

We believe that Jesus is The Christ, the Son of the Living God. We believe Christ is God incarnate. He is fully God and perfectly man. Christ is the second Person of the Godhead with all the attributes and power of God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, dying on the cross for the sins of the world, and bodily resurrected from the dead, providing redemption for His own.

III. The Doctrine of the Holy Spirit (Pneumatology)

We believe the Holy Spirit is the Third Person of the Godhead, coequal with God the Father and God the Son. He existed before creation, was active in creation, inspired the Scripture. He is the changing agent in salvation and sanctification. The Holy Spirit demonstrates attributes of deity and personality.

IV. The Doctrine of the Scriptures (Bibliology)

We believe that the 66 canonical Books of the Bible are the revealed Word of God to man. It is inspired, plenary, verbal, infallible, and inerrant in its original autograph (II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:20-21), and is preserved by God throughout history. God determined in eternity past which books to be included in the Canon of Scripture (John 17:17

V. The Doctrine of Man (Anthropology)

We believe man was created by God in His own image on the sixth day of creation for God's glory and pleasure (Genesis 1:26-27, Isaiah 43:7, Revelation 4:11), but by voluntary transgression man fell into sin and so condemnation and death fell upon all mankind (Romans 5:12).

VI. The Doctrine of Sin (Harmartiology)

We believe that sin is rebellion against God, either active or passive. In the New Testament, sin is missing the mark (Romans 3:23), which is displeasing to God.

VII. The Doctrines of Salvation (Soteriology)

We believe that God in His Sovereignty chose, in eternity past, those people who would come to a saving knowledge of Christ (Election) (Deuteronomy 7:6-8; Acts 13:48; Romans 8:27-30, 9:11-24; Ephesians 1 I Peter 1:2). We believe that there are three parts to the Doctrine of Salvation: The Works of Christ, the application of salvation, and the end results of salvation.

VIII. The Doctrine of the Church (Ecclesiology)

The Ekklesia is a called out assembly "called out ones" — and exists in two aspects:
1. An Organism: The True Church (The Glorious Church) - Future
2. An Organization: The Local Church – Present

IX. The Doctrine of Angels and Satan (Angelology)

We believe angels were created by God before the creation of the earth (Nehemiah 9:6; Psalm 148:1-5). They are personal beings that possess intelligence, feelings, and will (I Peter l: 12; Luke 2:13; Jude 6). They are spirit beings (Hebrews 1 114) though unlike God.They are without power to reproduce after their kind (Mark 12:15) and do not die (Luke 20:36). Angels are innumerable (Hebrews 12:22) and are assigned rank and order (Hebrews 1:14; Ephesians 3:10; II Kings 19:15; Isaiah 6:1-6; Genesis 3:22-24; Ezekiel 10: 1-20; I Thessalonians 4:16). Angels were created to glorify and serve God.

X. The Doctrines of the Last Things (Eschatology)

We  believe in the events that follow the church age which includes the imminent pre-tribulational, pre-millennial return of Christ to set up His Kingdom and eventually bring all to judgment.
